Choose from either north-facing rooms with remarkable views of the Tor, or south-facing rooms with panoramic sunrise to sunset views out over the breathtaking sight of the plains, where you can wake to the starlings' dance across the landscape at dawn, catch sight of the dear streaking across the fields and let your mind breathe out over the horizon. When the mists roll in you can imagine what the place might have looked like in the time of King Arthur when the land was mostly underwater. A Tv-free house offering a self-service, continental breakfast in a relaxed fashion (8:30am - 10:30am) with fresh fruit salad, organic yoghurt, a selection of cereals; wholemeal toast, croissants and bagels, with a selection of preserves plus coffee and a selection of teas. Dairy free and wheat free diets can be catered for if you request this in advance.
The bathroom is shared and offers a luxury shower and good-sized bath.
Prices are: Single - £30 per person, per night (£40 if only staying one night)
