165 – Cloud Connector update failed

Reboot the beIN STREAM box to try again.
If the problem persists, contact customer support.

166 – Cloud Connector update failed

Contact customer support.

167 – Cloud Connector update failed

Reboot the beIN STREAM box to try again.
If the beIN STREAM box does not recover contact customer support.

168 – Cloud Connector update failed

Reboot the beIN STREAM box to try again.
If the beIN STREAM box does not recover contact customer support.

169 – Cloud Connector update failed

Check the Internet connection speed. Reboot the beIN STREAM box to try again.
If the beIN STREAM box does not recover contact customer support.

183 – Wi-Fi network unavailable

Ensure the beIN STREAM box is allowed access to the Wi-Fi network.
Check the right SSID has been selected.
Check the password for the network is correct.
Try restarting the setup (Long press ok).

200 – Lost connection to Cloud

Problem connecting to the broadcast services.
The beIN STREAM box will automatically try reconnecting.
If the problem persists, check your Internet connection.
If the problem intermittently occurs, move the beIN STREAM box closer to the router.

201 – Unable to set the Cloud Connector’s time

The beIN STREAM box will automatically try recovering.
Ensure firewall allows NTP to time.google.com and/or time.aws.com.

202 – Unable to connect to Cloud

Ensure the internet connection is working using the same wi-fi as the beIN STREAM box.
The beIN STREAM box will automatically try recovering.
If the problem persists, try rebooting the beIN STREAM box.

203 – Failed to get expected response from Cloud

Problem connecting to the broadcast services.
The beIN STREAM box will automatically try reconnecting.
If the problem persists, check your Internet connection.
If the problem intermittently occurs, move the beIN STREAM box closer to the router.
